| RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY |

No returns accepted without written authorization. Returns shall be made within 14 days of purchase. Any return authorized after 14 days of purchase date shall be credited or refunded at current scrap gold value. any diamond ring re-sized will not be exchanged/refunded. No warranty on center diamonds/studs/invisible setting ring (if re-sized). Please call our office if you get damaged/wrong item the day you receive the shipment. No returns/exchange only (with payments). Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms contained herein by accepting delivery of the merchandise from the carrier. The undersigned individually hereby unconditionally guarantees payment should the debt not be paid for any reason.
